About Bridgette’s Joy

Hello and welcome! I’m Bridgette, and I’m so glad you are here. 🤍
I’ll start by sharing a few things I love!
  • Cozy mornings at home – chai or matcha included!
  • Simple routines
  • Intentional Living
  • Slow, quiet mornings
  • Spending time with family
  • Sharing faith and encouragement
  • Choosing Joy in the everyday

For over 30 years, I worked as a nurse—caring for others through busy, often overwhelming seasons of life. What I didn’t fully realize at the time was how much I needed a place of peace and coziness to come home to.

Like many women, my life was full. Raising a family, managing a home, and keeping up with everything that comes with each season… it all added up. And over time, so did the stuff—not just in my home, but in my life, too.

A few years ago, my husband and I began making small changes. We didn’t do it all at once, and not perfectly—but intentionally. We slowly started decluttering, simplifying, and letting go of what no longer served our home or this season of life.

Our children are now young adults, and our home looks and feels different from the way it once did. It feels Calm, Slower, & more Peaceful.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something important:
A peaceful home isn’t created by having more—it’s created by making room for what truly matters.

That’s what Bridgette’s Joy is all about.

Here, I will be sharing simple, practical ways to help you:

  • Create a cozy, calm space you actually enjoy being in
  • Sharing simple routines with intentional living
  • Sharing effortless style inspiration – helping you achieve confident, natural beauty
  • Stay grounded in faith through every season
  • Choosing Joy in the everyday 🤍

This isn’t about perfection or minimalism. It’s about creating a home that feels like a place of rest and calm.

Whether you’re just starting to simplify or you’re in a new season of life like I am, I hope this space encourages you to slow down, clear what no longer serves you, and create a home filled with peace and joy.

With joy,
Bridgette 🤍
